Hotel Märthof, Basel

The historic Märthof in downtown Basel was fully renovated and converted into an exclusive boutique hotel. The architects were guided by the vision of combining the feeling of traveling and staying in a hotel in the 1920s with a contemporary architectural language: The result is an exclusive overall concept that captures the vibrant lifestyle of the 1920s and translates it into contemporary design through a rich interior design with multiple shades of color, lush textures and select furnishings.
