Paolo Lucidi (1974) Luca Pevere (1977) studied together at the Politecnico in Milan. The designers have been working together since 2003, and in 2006 they founded their own label LucidiPevere in their hometown of Udine. Since then, they have been impressing international brands as well as juries of renowned design awards with their clever and innovative approaches.  

"The furniture should create its own environment." - This quote from the designers modestly describes their approach. They are known for cleverly designed products that convince with simplicity and self-evidence. Their playful and free approach to a wide variety of materials and their penchant for technology enable them to approach certain themes from changing perspectives and to rethink what is supposedly familiar. The designers themselves describe their style as international with a wide variety of cultural influences. They value a certain simplicity and creating furniture that adapts and enriches a space with its aesthetics and functionality.  

The work of the designers has been presented in numerous publications and exhibitions, has been nominated for major design awards and received numerous awards.
